Simple BG on regular illustration rendering (white space + simple elements).

Any offer $100 and up will be for a fully rendered illustration

I accept payment ONLY through Paypal

Please credit my works.

I reserve the right to decline any request if I feel I am unable to fulfil your request.

Commissioner acknowledges that these are digital goods/ files, and therefore a physical delivery is not required or offered.

Do not ask for a commission unless you have the necessary funds.

An extra charge will be applied for commercial/business/corporate works.

Prices may differ depending on complexity.

Please be aware that my style changes slightly from time to time. Though it's not a major difference, finished commissions may differ from given samples. Reasonable priority will be given to commercial projects.

Payment must be received upfront in full (unless discussed beforehand).

Payment plans can be discussed.

Commercial fees are: x2.5 for streaming use, and x5 for merchandise use.

Merchandise use includes streaming usage.

The commission will only be started once payment has been received.

If payment is not completed within 72 hours of the proposal being sent, the request will be cancelled.

Chargebacks and refunds are not allowed once the commission is in progress.

2 major revisions at the sketch phase

3 minor revisions are allowed after rendering is complete

If a mistake is made due to my error, these changes will not count towards any revisions offered.

Any changes requested that exceed the offered revisions may result in an additional charge of $3-5 USD depending on complexity.

※Unless a deadline is specified, commissions may take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months depending on my personal schedule and complexity of requests.

If there is a deadline that you would like the work delivered by, I will try my best to accommodate; however, rush fees may apply.

PLEASE BE AWARE that if the commissioner fails to communicate back to me during the commission process for prolonged periods of time (10 days+) with no prior warning, I will no longer have the obligation to fulfil the work.

ALL commissions are for personal use only unless the commercial fee has been paid.

In any case, where the client wishes to resell the commissioned work, they are free to as long as credit to me is still put into place.

Commissioned work (regardless if personal or commercial) must be posted with visible credit (@miyuinthestars)

I retain the rights to all my artworks and may post finished works on my social media, portfolio, etc. unless previously discussed with the commissioner (a privacy fee may apply | can be waived if waiting for debut).

Under NO circumstances is the use my art permitted to be used for/ in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, and cryptocurrency, or for AI training/ related purposes.

No refunds will be issued after payment has been sent and I have started working on the commission.

HOWEVER, if the payment has not been fulfilled yet, please feel free to cancel the request

If I am unable to complete your commission by the requested date, I will kindly reject your request.
